Maksym Krippa is a 47-year-old Ukrainian entrepreneur who invests in real estate, esports, and IT. In recent years, however, he has transformed from a little-known businessman into a key figure in the Ukrainian business environment, focusing his interests on real estate, esports, and video game development. The Lider News portal tells who Maksym Krippa is and what is known about his business decisions.
Maksym Krippa’s real estate assets in Kyiv and the suburbs
Hotel Ukraina became the businessman’s property at the end of November 2024. The property, located in the heart of the capital, was purchased through a public auction on the Prozorro sale platform. The winner of the auction was Ola Fine, which offered the highest bid of UAH 2.5 billion. As a result, the transaction cost the new owner UAH 3 billion, including UAH 500 million in value-added tax.
Parus Business Center became part of Maksym Krippa’s assets on December 1, 2023. The transaction took place after approval by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. The negotiations lasted several months, starting with personal discussions with the previous owner, Vadym Stolar.
Only then was an official application submitted to the AMC. After verification of the origin of the funds and payment of all taxes, the deal was given the green light. The Parus business center is a skyscraper with a total area of 75 thousand square meters, of which 55 thousand are commercial space. Its height is 133.1 meters, making it one of the tallest business centers in Kyiv. The purchase price was not officially disclosed.

The elite residence in Kozyn, a village in the Kyiv region, was acquired by Krippa in January 2023 through an open auction. The auction price reached UAH 311.11 million, almost 60% more than the starting price of UAH 187.63 million.
In the future, this estate may become a club base for the NAVI esports organization, similar to football clubs’ training facilities. In addition, Crippa is considering setting up a branch of the world-famous SHA Wellness Clinic there.
In February 2025, DIM Group announced a strategic partnership with Ukrainian investor Maksym Krippa. The cooperation involves attracting additional funding to complete the developer’s current projects and launching new real estate initiatives.
Esports and the gaming industry
In July 2022, Maksym Krippa became the ultimate beneficial owner of the famous Ukrainian esports team Natus Vincere (NAVI). According to Forbes, the deal was concluded in 2018, but the legal formalization was completed only in 2022.
In addition, Maksym Krippa is an investor in Maincast, a company specializing in esports broadcasts. Maincast co-founder Vitaliy Volochai noted that the company owns approximately 90-95% of the rights to cover all esports tournaments in Ukraine.
In September 2023, Maksym Krippa acquired GSC Game World, a studio known for developing the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Cossacks series of games. The company’s founder, Sergey Grigorievich, officially withdrew from the list of beneficiaries, transferring control to Krippa.
